Annotatsiya

Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of complex therapy for exudative otitis media in benign neoplasms of the nose, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx for the postoperative period after removal of the neoplasm. Methods: The study included 55 patients with exudative otitis media with benign neoplasms of the nose, paranasal sinuses and nasopharynx, who received complex therapy in the postoperative period after removal of the neoplasm, including a local immunocorrective drug and nasal spray. Results: In the dynamics of objective clinical signs such as pain, swelling and hyperemia after surgery and wound healing, there were statistically significant differences in favor of complex therapy. Conclusions: complex treatment with the use of the local immunomodulator "Gepon" and the nasal spray "Sinulor" in the postoperative period contributed to the early elimination of pain, reduction of edema and hyperemia, and acceleration of wound healing.
