Objective: to analyze the onco-epidemiological situation of mortality from prostate cancer among the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the cross-section of each region Materials and methods: When comparing the last 5 years of data on the incidence of prostate cancer in our republic (2016-2021y), in the Republic of Uzbekistan at the end of 2021, 113168 patients with malignant neoplasms were under the control of the dispensary (it was 0.3% of the total population). Of these, prostate cancer was found in 1919 (1.69%) men. The incidence rate of malignant tumors in our Republic is 74.0 per 100,000 population, while among men, the rate of stomach cancer is 3.6, malignant tumors of the lungs and bronchi are 6.3, and prostate cancer is 3.6. Result. The average annual age in the republic was 65.5+0.17 years, (95% CI 65.2-69.9), Tmin=-0.1. Low average annual age in Khorezm 65.3+0.67 years (95% CI 64.0-66.6), Tmax=+0.1, in Kashkadarya 65.1+0.81 years, (95% CI 63, 5-66.7), Tmin= -1.1, in Samarkand - 65.0+0.22 years, (95% CI 64.5-57.4), Tmin=-0.1, in Surkhandarya 64.9+ 0.74 years, (95% CI 63.5-68.4), Tmax/kam =0.06 60.6+1.03 years in Andijan (95% CI 52.6-66.7), Tmax=+ 2.6, 64.4+1.78 years in Namangan, (95% CI 60.9-67.9), Tmin=-2.3, 63.9+0.89 years in Jizzakh, 95% CI=62, 1-55. Tmin=-0.5, 63.7+0.90 years in Bukhara, (95% CI 61.9-55.4), showed Tmin =-2.4. The results of the calculation of "standardized" death rates from prostate cancer according to Jakhan standards showed that the lowest rates were in Samarkand 3.7+0.22°/°°°, (95% CI 3.3-4.1/°°°°) , growth rate with Tmax=+2.2% and in Navoi region 3.1+0.19°/°°°°, (95% CI 2.7-3.4°/°°°°), decrease rate Tmin observed with =-4.5%. CONCLUSION. The "rough" rate of death in the republic was 4.9 + 0.1 o / Oooo per 100 thousand male population, but its increase has been recorded since 2012 to 5.3%, with a growth rate of - Tmax=+3.0%. When calculating the average annual death rate from prostate cancer, it was highest in those aged 65 years and older, at 22.2+0.60/0000; this is due to the increase in mortality at a certain age, perhaps due to the disease itself and the "aging" of the population. The calculation showed a "standardized" death rate of 6.1+0.110/0000, a growth rate Tmax=+1.6%, that is, it was found that there is an increasing trend in the Republic. This indicates the need for serious medical attention in these regions to improve the quality of early diagnosis of prostate cancer and to solve intra-regional problems aimed at reducing mortality.
