Cranio-vetrebral pathology includes a defect in the occipital bone, foramen magnum, or the first two cervical vertebrae, resulting in reduced space for the lower brain stem and cervical spinal cord. The article presents modern methods of rehabilitation of patients with cranivertebral pathology, including new hardware techniques, depending on the type of lost function.
