SOCIAL PARTNERSHIP AND ITS POTENTIAL IN THE SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN UZBEKISTAN

The article is devoted to the analysis of conceptual and applied mechanisms of social partnership. The current trends in the use of the system of social partnership in the activities of higher educational institutions are highlighted. Based on the analysis of a wide range of models of social partnership, the potential of their use in the activities of higher educational institutions was revealed. Proposals are provided to expand the use of social partnership mechanisms in the framework of the process of ensuring a dialogue between the state and the people. It is noted that the expansion of the use of social partnership between public authorities, non-governmental non-profit organizations and higher educational institutions of the country will allow to take into account the interests of customers and students more widely and make timely adjustments to the state educational and youth policy. This, in turn, will ensure that the interests of various segments of the population are taken into account when developing documents related to the process and results of higher education. At the same time, regulatory documents adopted taking into account such parameters will improve the efficiency of state policy, include in the process of their development various political, economic, social, cultural factors that are important in the educational process. The use of modern mechanisms of social partnership will make it possible to find the optimal balance between the interests of various social groups and strata of the population
