LEGISLATION ON COMBATING THE LEGALIZATION OF PROCEEDS FROM CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

in this article, the legalization of proceeds from criminal activities, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the distribution of weapons of mass destruction, which are recognized as transnational crimes that are of concern to the world community and create conditions for the development of organized crime, as well as to fight against these crimes in the Republic of Uzbekistan the ongoing work, content of the adopted legal documents, strengthening of cooperation relations with international organizations and foreign countries will be discussed.
