At the current stage of the development of the education system in the world, great importance is attached to the organizational and management structures, directions of targeted development, and the content of education in the USA, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the People's Republic of China, and economically developed countries of Europe. At each stage of the development of the theory of management by scientists, practitioners, and government bodies, special attention is always paid to human capital, the formation of personality, and the education of the young generation on the basis of democratic principles. And we understand that these qualities in human-being can be achieved only through getting high-quality education at any stage of their life.
