Optimization of operator companies on Uzbekistan railways

The purpose of this scientific work is to optimize operating activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan with a two-parameter (wagon and cargo сommercial) component, which has direct access to rail transport infrastructure. Methods are used system analysis and graphic modeling. The activity of railway cargo operators is analyzed. Described an exemplary existing location scheme of enterprises operators, railway transport infrastructure Uzbekistan. Designed proposed scheme for operators with access to infrastructure, discovery image elements additionally rendered services, i.e., cargo commercial and traffic components on cargo stations and parts of cargo courtyards. Determined the empty mileage of the cargo wagons and made the average calculation of the tariff of the empty mileage of cargo wagons of operators as a load on its own axis wheels. In general, optimizing operators on railway freight transportation of Uzbekistan makes free and equal competition in these services, improves investment, and develops market relationships in the availability of transport services. Therefore, it positively affects competitiveness in the internal and in the foreign markets of transport services on rail freight transportation.
