Annotatsiya

This article discusses the issue of widespread introduction in various sectors of the national economy, which have led to intensive growth in the production of electrical machines. Due to the high specific consumption of magnetic materials in the production of micro machines, a very promising direction is the development of a waste-free technology for the manufacture of magnetic cores and cores using powder metallurgy methods. The use of powder metallurgy reduces losses of electrical steel up to 60% and excludes many labor-intensive operations. Using powder metallurgy for electrical industries, it is possible to obtain a sufficiently high value of the efficiency η and reduce hysteresis losses.
