Results of calculating the strength of a wheel disk of a freight wagon following current standards

Calculation of coefficient of margin of safety of a wheel with a conic disk was made. The calculation allowed to specify the size of an average limit of endurance on disk amplitude in a settlement zone. The stated algorithm of calculation implemented in the MathCad program can form a basis for assessing the durability of wheels with various configurations of disks and a level of residual technological and operational tension. The made program code in MathCad at data exchange on tension, calculated in certainly - an element SolidWorks/Simulation package, allowed to automate the calculation of durability of a wheel.
