COMPETITIVE BUSINESS MODEL IN THE SERVICE MARKET IS NECESSARY FOR IMPROVED RAIL SERVICE MANAGEMENT

The article discusses the development models of railway services in foreign countries. The study examines the specific aspects of the organization of railway services in Sweden, France, Germany, Japan and China and their development model. The main problems that arose in their development model were studied. The advantages and disadvantages of this management system were also analyzed. Also, some aspects affecting the development of railway services in Uzbekistan were studied. According to the results of scientific research, some aspects of the further development and support of business models of railway transport have been approved by the Ministry of Transport and A.O. We hope that it will serve to a certain extent for "Uzbekistan Railways".
