Issues of regulation of the structure and turnover of personnel in the banking system

<em>This article examines the place and role of banks in the modern economy, as well as the analysis of its impact on various sectors of society. By understanding the essence of banking activity, we will be able to assess how effectively the banking system performs its functions and contributes to sustainable economic development. A significant role in this is played by the personnel policy implemented by banks. In this regard, this article examines the employees of the credit card department of six banking institutions in the JSCB "Hamkorbank" UOBU "Istikbol" as an object of research and examines the key factors affecting staff turnover in the banking industry in Uzbekistan in the current conditions.</em>
