CADASTRAL INFORMATION ABOUT NATURAL RESOURCES AS A SPECIAL OBJECT OF "SMART REGULATION" AND "INDIVIDUAL" LEGAL REGULATION

The article analyzes the issues of legal regulation of social relation arising in the field of formation and application of cadastral information about natural resources in the new conditions of legal regulation. The concepts and features of <strong>"</strong>smart<strong>" </strong>and <strong>"</strong>individual<strong>" </strong>regulation are revealed and the specifics of their application in the field of handing natural resource cadastral information as one of the sources of environment information are analyzed. The practical aspects of the application if this method in the natural resource cadastral sphere are analyzed using the example of the Institute of Cadastral Engineers and the provision of open data on real estate rights from the state register on the basis of an agreement. The author substantiates the necessity of adopting the new law “On Environmental Information” in order to consolidate the legal status of cadastral information on natural resources in it as a legal basis for the application of “smart” regulation.
