DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS OF THE INDEPENDENT STATE OF THE CONGO WITH THE SSSR (based on the analysis of periodicals)

This article discusses the diplomatic relations of the Congo state with developed countries in the process of achieving independence based on the analysis of periodicals. The geopolitical processes taking place on the African continent in the 50s and 60s of the last century did not go unnoticed by the developed countries of the world. As a result, the countries of the region began to fall under the influence of economically developed countries one after another. Regional, ethnic and confessional conflicts led to the gradual independence of continental countries. Such processes began to have a direct impact on the Congo<strong>.</strong>
