Annotatsiya
The article presents data on the role of cytokines in the pathogenesis of ischemic myocardial lesions. The important role of inflammation in the development of coronary heart disease is described. The role of individual cytokines in the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease and its most common form, angina pectoris, has been determined. It has been shown that in patients with ischemic heart disease, the progression of the disease is associated with an imbalance in the cytokine system, an increase in the content of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNFα, IL-1β, IL-6). The results of own research are presented
