THE ROLE OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN SOCIETY AND PROSPECTS FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT

In the conditions of accelerated processes of the digital economy and the world economic system, the process of scientific research on the development of entrepreneurship and its development prospects has intensified. Therefore, ensuring the prospects for the development of entrepreneurship is a continuous process and is of vital importance. This article is aimed at developing the entrepreneurial potential of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in which the state of entrepreneurial potential is studied and scientifically evaluated using theoretical and empirical analysis. Also, the article shows directions for the development of entrepreneurship, improvement of organizational and economic mechanisms and increasing their efficiency. The attitude of the population of the region to the entrepreneurial potential was determined, the level of involvement in entrepreneurship and preparation for opening one's own business was evaluated. The necessary conditions for increasing the entrepreneurial activity of the population have been determined.
