FEATURES OF HISTOCHEMICAL METHODS IN PATHOMORPHOLOGY OF CONGENITAL HEART DISEASES
Annotatsiya
The hematoxylin-eosin method is one of the mass research methods used in examining congenital heart defects from a morphological point of view. But the changes in special chemicals in the heart tissue are based on the staining of active tissue foci with special chemical dyes, which make it possible to assess the pH values of the tissue and where acidic substances accumulated at different levels accumulate, and the initial changes in case of any defects in the heart tissue allow us to draw conclusions and conduct an analysis. In this paper , information is given on the morphological changes detected after staining by the PAS, SHIFF, and Van Gieson methods in the study of congenital heart defects.
