POLITICAL PROCESSES AS AN OBJECT OF COMPARATIVISTICS (On the example of comparing Germany and Uzbekistan)

This article discusses some aspects of political comparative studies, which rapidly entered political science, managed to take its rightful place in it in a short time and became an integral part of the comparative historical method. By comparing the political processes between Uzbekistan and Germany, it provides specific examples that the existing similarities are not random, but are the result of historically established and logically occurring processes. These similarities will in turn lead to closer approximations and closer collaboration. The reason for the current close and trusting relationship between Uzbekistan and Germany lies not in simple cooperation between two international entities, but is not least the result of similarities, commonality and harmony between them.
