INNOVATIONS IN THE COMPLEX TREATMENT OF CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY OF THE UTERINE ADDITIONS
Annotatsiya
The problem of chronic inflammation of the uterine appendages is one of the most relevant in gynecology and obstetrics, since pain in the lower abdomen in women is, as a rule, the most common symptom that an obstetrician-gynecologist encounters in his daily practice. Approximately 39% of patients experience pelvic pain due to inflammation of the uterus periodically, 12% of women experience pain for at least 5 days a month, and another 12% suffer from persistent pelvic pain [2]. Pelvic pain is an indication for 12% of all hysterectomies. The purpose of the study: to improve the quality of life of women with chronic inflammation of the uterus, complicated by pelvic pain. The object of the study are patients with chronic inflammation of the uterine appendages, complicated by pelvic pain. Research methods: laboratory research methods (hormonal screening, flora smear) and hardware research methods - ultrasound and Dopplerography of the pelvic vessels. A new pharmaco-physiotherapeutic method of intravaginal application of electrotherapy in patients with chronic salpingo-oophoritis in the presence of pelvic pain has been developed and scientifically substantiated. For practical healthcare, a new effective pharmaco-physiotherapeutic method has been developed - intravaginal electrotherapy in the treatment of patients with chronic salpingo-oophoritis complicated by chronic pelvic pain.
