New Study Program in Space Systems and Communications Engineering

The paper presents an international project for competence building in higher education SPACECOM. It is an Erasmus+ co-funded project aimed to provide Uzbek universities with pilot Master's degree programmes in the field of space technologies. Its focus is also on development of competences and skills of young faculty members for innovative teaching in close cooperation with European universities, proved not only extremely relevant to meet the national needs and constraints, but being also a winning strategy for the improvement of higher education systems.
