As the mystery of deep space is revealed, numerous nations have made significant investments in various space exploration plans and methods. Yet as time went on, an increasing number of individuals began to oppose the idea of space exploration and urged companies to concentrate on issues on Earth. Whereas the huge total annual spending of governments on space exploration is causing people to be against it (2020), the paper examines one of the possible cost-effective ways to research space by using AI. AI is becoming quite popular in space exploration as a result of its inbuilt software, which allows it to display the same human cognitive processes like reasoning and analyzing. Intelligent technology will take over many of the sectors that humans are currently responsible for, and space exploration is no exception. Through the implementation of AI-driven technologies, communication restrictions between the spacecraft and the Earth will no longer be considered an issue, and technologies will be able to identify unusual features of space that humans might neglect. the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in the realm of space exploration, highlighting its significant role in advancing our understanding of the cosmos. As space exploration ventures continue to push the boundaries of human knowledge, AI has emerged as a powerful tool to augment and enhance scientific endeavors. This abstract explores how AI is employed in autonomous navigation systems, data analysis techniques, decision-making processes, and mission planning strategies. It also examines the impact of AI on spacecraft efficiency, resource management optimization, and real-time data processing.
