D5.4 VALKYRIES harmonisations on first aid response common practices and procedures

Deliverable D5.4 builds on the results of the WP5 tasks set out in the previous deliverables D5.5 (description of procedural opportunities to improve EU first response capabilities), D5.6 (presentation of standardisation opportunities in this respect) and D5.3 (proposal of EU-wide roadmaps for standardisation of first response in the EU).<br> This D5.4 presents a total of 7 enablers selected within the WP5 scope of work to address the integration requirements of reference and will report on the implementation of VALKYRIES harmonisation tactics on them.<br> The annexes section of the deliverable contains the internal and external references, the glossary or table of acronyms used throughout the text and the internal VALKYRIES document - ID5.7 (as an option for further information, as it contains cross-cutting elements of various tasks of the Project).
