Investigation of the deviation of the shape of the surfaces of parts on their performance

The article discusses the deviation of the geometric parameters of the surfaces of parts of various orders and, using the example of a connecting rod crank head hole, considers the influence of a second-order deviation on the performance of a bearing joint, provides the results of a statistical study of the hole of the crank head of the connecting rod and outlines the reasons for the decrease in the performance of a movable joint operating in liquid friction conditions.
