Annotatsiya

This paper argues for transforming conventional theoretical higher education models by integrating immersive EdTech tools and active pedagogies to impart creative, adaptive, and technologically proficient competencies vital for the 21st century. A qualitative analysis highlights the need for learner-driven, practice-focused, and technology-enabled learning over passive instruction to develop future-ready skills. Recommendations are provided for implementing EdTech innovations, work-integrated curricula, educator capacity building, and inclusive access. Ultimately, reforming higher education can catalyze a paradigm shift focused on nurturing lifelong learning mindsets and ethical progress.
