In the article, stable recurrent algorithms have been developed that allow to increase the accuracy of the process of identification of dynamic control objects with a delay under the influence of random processes and disturbances. When solving such a problem, the input and output parameters measured data serve as initial data. Although the constant delay terms obey the linear law, their properties make the solution of the problem much more difficult. Based on the application of dynamic filtering methods and time-dependent identification methods, there should be sufficient a priori information to apply the known and experienced methods to the problem under consideration.
