Finding ways to extend the life of saws in saws type 4DP-130

This article provides information on the relevance of the tasks of improving the efficiency of technological equipment, the quality of products obtained from raw cotton. And also a new design of the saw cylinder, consisting of a saw segment, was proposed in order to increase the durability of the saw blades of fiber cleaning machines. In the proposed saw cylinder, the saws consist of assembled segments. Three saw segments are placed between the seals. Saw segments are placed between spacers and form a saw blade.
