Research of physical and chemical properties of the developed composite demulsifier based on local and secondary raw materials for destruction of petroleum emulsion
Annotatsiya
A composition and technology for producing a composite demulsifier based on local raw materials and industrial wastes has been developed for the destruction of oil emulsions and their dehydration and desalting, which can completely replace the imported Russian-made demulsifier D and proxamine 157.Laboratory results of comparative tests of the developed composite demulsifier "MK -DEM-4" are presented.and diproxamine 157, and also given pilot tests of the composite chemical reagent demulsifier "MK-DEM-4" for desalting and dehydration of oil emulsions at the existing production unit ELOU-2.Laboratory studies of surface tension of the developed demulsifier "MK-DEM-4" and diproxamine 157 with different ratios are presented. Moreover, since the surface tension of a 3% aqueous solution for dehydration and desalting of oil using the composite chemical demulsifier "MK-DEM-4" was 37.4 mN/m, it was determined that this reagent is a nonionic and anionic surfactant. The results of the studies showed that a 3% solution using the demulsifier "MK-DEM-4" at the ELOU-2 installation of the Bukhara Oil Refinery with an average consumption of 1 liter of solution per 1 ton of crude oil works effectively when using oil of Group "0" (up to 50 mg/dm 3 ), Group "1" (up to 100 mg/dm 3 ), Group "2" (up to 300 mg/dm 3 ) with salt content up to 200.0 mg/dm 3 .To determine the potential content of distillates, distillation was carried out using an ARN-2 apparatus in accordance with GOST 11011-85 to determine the true content of light fractions
