A significant increase in the number of mentally ill people in general somatic institutions indicates the relevance of creating a system of integrated specialized care for these populations. Despite the established high prevalence of psychopathology in general medical practice, underdiagnosis of such conditions still persists. The difficulty of identifying erased or subclinical forms of psychopathology for a somatic network specialist determines the difficulty of identifying and treating such patients with various somatic symptoms.
