Cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) has received increasing attention in recent years due to its potential in various medical applications [1], including the eradication of biofilms from surfaces. However, the effective utilization of CAPs depends greatly upon a thorough understanding of the underlying processes. Achieving precise control over these processes necessitates a comprehensive investigation into the exact mechanisms governing the interaction of plasma-generated species with biologically relevant structures, a task that remains a significant challenge.
