PEDAGOGICAL FACTORS OF INCREASING THE LEGAL AWARENESS AND LEGAL CULTURE OF PUBLIC EDUCATION EMPLOYEES IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT

This article analyzes issues aimed at increasing legal awareness and legal culture in the process of professional development of pedagogues working in the public education system. In the process of professional development, recommendations were made for teachers to use their knowledge in the process of professional development in the educational institution to improve the legal culture of teachers. In the course of professional development, conclusions are given on improving the legal culture of the listener.
