Assessment of Sustainability of Growth and Economic Security of Regions in the Neural Network Model of Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article is devoted to the study of the interdependence of the sustainability of economic growth and economic security at the regional level. Based on the analysis of literary sources on the problems of economic security, its factors and conditions, including those arising in connection with the strengthening of geopolitical instability and comprehensive digitalization, a hypothesis was formed and the logical and information base of the study was substantiated. Using statistical analysis methods, an assessment was made of the differentiation of the regions of Uzbekistan by the ratio of risk of loss of growth sustainability and criterion indicators of economic security. The construction and training of a neural network allowed the authors to link into a single system the regional variation in the ratio of risks of growth sustainability, the potential and level of economic security and target indicators of economic growth of the country. A forecast of economic growth of Uzbekistan in two versions was obtained based on modeling the systemic relationships of economic dynamics and security, taking into account hidden levels and nonlinear relationships approximated by imitation of neural connections in the process of analysis and training.
