PSIKOEDUKASI TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PASIEN PRE OPERASI

Introduction : One of the things that causes anxiety is surgery. Anxiety inpreoperative patients must be overcome because it can cause further physical changes thatwill hinder the operation. Efforts that can be done to reduce anxiety are throughpsychoeducation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of psychoeducationon the anxiety level of preoperative patients in the Asoka room at Caruban Hospital inMadiun Regency. Methods : The research design was pre-experiment with the approach ofone group pretest-posttest design. The population was preoperative patients in the Asokaroom at Caruban Hospital in Madiun District with 34 patients in one month. Sampling usesaccidental sampling. A sample of 32 respondents.
