Annotatsiya

This article focuses on the growing attention given to the development of soft skills based on a learner-centered approach in the process of modernizing the education system of Uzbekistan. In particular, systematic efforts have been carried out in preschool education programs to develop students’ communicative culture, teamwork skills, independent thinking, and speech competence. In this process, speech development classes play a significant role as an effective means of forming soft skills. In the educational practices of CIS countries, such as Russia and Kazakhstan, the development of social and communicative skills through speech development activities has been widely applied as an effective pedagogical method. These experiences highlight the necessity of providing a scientific justification for the methodology of developing soft skills in preschool education students through speech development classes.
