FORMING TEAMWORK AND LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN STUDENTS THROUGH FOOTBALL

This article describes the pedagogical and educational possibilities of the football game in the formation of teamwork and leadership qualities among students of higher educational institutions. The importance of football training in the development of students' personal development, social activity and ability to work in a team has been scientifically and theoretically analyzed. Pedagogical observation, analysis and comparison methods were used in the research process. The article elaborates practical recommendations on effective methods of forming leadership skills in students through football.
