REFORMS IN THE JUDICIAL LEGAL SYSTEM IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article scientifically analyzes the processes of fundamental reform of the judicial system in the conditions of New Uzbekistan, their essence and practical importance. In particular, special attention is paid to the issues of ensuring the independence of the judiciary, reliable protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, and improving the mechanisms for achieving justice. In the article, the regulatory legal documents adopted in recent years, the reforms aimed at increasing openness and transparency in the activity of courts, digitalization of court proceedings, and increasing the role of the bar institute are systematically covered. Also, the role of judicial reforms in ensuring the rule of law in society and establishing a legal state is justified.
