This article describes the role of political parties, which are political subjects, in the recruitment (exchange) of the political elite, and how political parties are an important factor in the recruitment (exchange) of the political elite. In the course, of the article, a solution will be found to what extent political parties have a dominant position in the recruitment of the political elite compared to other political institutions.
