The Importance and Directions for Improving Innovative Management Methods in Higher Education Institutions

This article provides a detailed analysis of the significance of innovative management methods in higher education institutions, as well as the challenges encountered during their implementation. Innovative management is viewed as a system aimed at improving the quality of the educational process, preparing competitive professionals, and promoting scientific research.
