Predictive analytics and automation, powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain Intelligence, are revolutionizing logistics by enhancing efficiency, security, and decision-making. These technologies enable real-time tracking, risk prediction, and automated optimization in supply chain operations. However, existing logistics systems face challenges such as lack of transparency, counterfeit goods, and inefficiencies in tracking shipments. Traditional methods often rely on centralized databases prone to tampering, delays, and human errors, leading to increased costs and security vulnerabilities. To address these issues, we propose a Blockchain-based system for Tracking and Verifying the Authenticity of Goods (BC-TV-AG) in the supply chain. This framework integrates AI-driven predictive analytics with blockchain’s decentralized ledger to ensure real-time visibility, traceability, and authenticity verification. The system leverages smart contracts to automate supply chain processes, reducing fraud, inefficiencies, and delays. The proposed method facilitates secure data sharing among stakeholders, enabling predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, and automated logistics workflows. AI models analyze logistics patterns to optimize inventory and transportation while blockchain ensures tamper-proof records of transactions, ownership, and condition of goods. The findings indicate that BC-TV-AG enhances supply chain efficiency by reducing counterfeit risks, improving shipment accuracy, and optimizing resource allocation. The integration of AI-driven analytics with blockchain intelligence results in significant cost savings, increased trust among stakeholders, and improved operational transparency. This approach paves the way for a resilient, data-driven logistics ecosystem.
