Annotatsiya

The article is dedicated to the system analysis of an automatic evaporation system through the construction of a computer model of the process within the automatic evaporation system, specifically in the production of grape juice. When constructing a computer model for the evaporation of grape juice, we consider the heating chamber, the walls of the boiling tubes in the evaporator apparatus, the heat transfer, and the vapor- liquid space, which is the inner part of the boiling tubes of the evaporator apparatus. We also consider the processes occurring within these components. Input and output parameters for each process are specified for each quasi-element. Based on combining models of these processes in the applied software MATLAB, a computer simulation of the process in an automatic evaporation system is constructed. Research on the computer model is conducted. Transient curves for the process in the automatic evaporator system with respect to the concentration of the final grape juice are obtained. The search for optimal regulators was conducted, and a proportional integral controller with a coefficient of proportionality and integration was found to be the most suitable.
