Preparation of future primary school teachers for the provision of informatics education

The article discusses issues arising as a result of the introduction of computer science in primary school, and some considerations as their solution, as well as proposals for the introduction of new academic disciplines in this area, with an emphasis on the content of the academic discipline “Information technology in primary school”, which is currently held in pedagogical universities in the process of training primary education teachers.
