Fauna and Ecology of Hydrobionts of the Lakes Dautkul va Ashikul in the Lower Reach of the Amudarya

In areas with strong anthropogenic impact, one of the urgent tasks is to identify changes in the distribution density and populations of aquatic organisms. During the research in Dautkul, located in the lower reaches of the Amu Darya, we identified the distribution of 17 species and 2 subspecies belonging to 6 families and 9 genera; in Ashikul - 14 species and 1 subspecies belonging to 6 families and 9 genera. It was found that the species common in aquatic ecosystems belong to the following ecological groups: pelorheophiles, rheophiles, pelolimnophiles, phytophiles, telmotophiles and fetoreophiles.
