This article examines the issues of developing the pedagogical potential of primary education faculty members based on an integrative approach. The study analyzes the theoretical and practical foundations of the integrative approach and its role in enhancing the professional competencies of faculty members. The article demonstrates the effectiveness of integrated methods in the educational process and ways to develop the pedagogical skills and innovative approaches of faculty members. The results of the study confirm that developing pedagogical potential through an integrative approach is an important factor in improving the quality of education.
