KIPCHAK DIALECT AREAS OF THE KHOREZM DIALECT ZONE

Khorezm dialects have been classified by researchers, with the great contribution of scientists such as Y. D. Polivanov and F. Abdullaev. Y. D. Polivanov divides Khorezm dialects into Southern Khorezm, Northern Khorezm and Central Khorezm dialects, while F. Abdullaev divides Khorezm dialects into two: Oghuz and Karluk dialects. Y. Ibragimov also carried out an areal linguistic classification of Khorezm dialects (excluding the Khorezm region). In this article, we aimed to determine the Kipchak dialectal areas of the Khorezm dialectal zone. In some places, the work refers to the classifications of scientists who have studied before us, in particular, F. Abdullaev and Y. Ibragimov
