In the context of societal globalization and digitalization, higher education faces the task of training professionals who meet the demands of modern society. A fundamental requirement in training future teachers is to equip them with fundamental professional knowledge and to synergistically develop project and research competencies as crucial structural components of professional mastery. This article explores innovative educational technologies—project-based learning, contextual learning, problem-based learning, and portfolio technology—for effectively shaping the research competence of future educators. The study concludes that the integrated application of these technologies significantly enhances the effectiveness of training highly qualified specialists with research capabilities.
