The article interprets the professional-subjective position of pre-service teachers as a harmonious manifestation of subjectivity, competence, and professionalism in pedagogical activity. The professional-subjective position reflects the individual’s capacity for self-awareness, purposeful decision-making, and assuming responsibility, while competence enables the effective organization of the educational process through the integration of professional knowledge, skills, and personal qualities.
