MODERN APPROACHES TO ORTHOPEDIC REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS WITH COMPLETE ADENTIA USING DENTAL IMPLANTS AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES (LITERATURE REVIEW)

Complete tooth loss remains one of the most significant medical and social problems of modern dentistry, accompanied by a marked decrease in the functional, aesthetic and psycho-emotional indicators of patients' lives. The article provides an extensive review of modern scientific data on the issues of orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with complete adentia, including the biomechanics of dental implants, the use of digital technologies, CAD/CAM protocols and axiographic systems in the formation of individual occlusion. Special attention is paid to the clinical, laboratory and biomechanical aspects that determine the durability of orthopedic structures and their impact on the quality of life of patients. The experience of domestic and foreign research over the past two decades is summarized.
