ASSESSMENT OF DOPPLEROMETRIC INDICATORS IN WOMEN AT RISK OF HABITUAL MISCARRIAGE WITH SUBCLINICAL HYPOTHYROIDISM
Annotatsiya
Resume. Absence of Hypothyroidism, or lack of thyroid hormones Adequate treatment always leads to many adverse health consequences for pregnant women. Aim of the study. Assessment of dopplerometric indicators in women at risk of habitual miscarriage with subclinical hypothyroidism. Materials and methods of research. An in-depth study was conducted on a contingent of 124 pregnant women at different stages of thyroid dysfunction detection for the early diagnosis of subclinical hypothyroidism and the selection of adequate management tactics for pregnancy. Results of the study. Studying risk factors for pregnancy, their timely treatment, and exclusion lead to a normal course of pregnancy. To determine these risk factors for RH, we used ultrasound and dopplerometry. To assess the volume of the thyroid gland, as well as its structural changes, which is most important for the first detection of subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy, ultrasound was used, calculated using the Brunn formula. Conclusion. As we know, microcirculatory changes occurring in the vessels of the placenta can lead to the formation of hypoxic foci, directly affecting the secretory function of the endometrium, and ultimately, a imbalance in the excretion of pregnancy hormones occurs, which negatively affects the development of the embryo, due to which, accordingly, the growth of the chorion and the reduction in the size of the yolk sac lag behind. Key words: hyperthyroidism, thyroid function, thyroid stimulating hormone.
