Annotatsiya

The suggested NutriFit-AI mobile application uses the artificial intelligence to offer personalized food plans and forecast the athletic performance of young athletes. We analysed 120 young athletes between the ages of 12 and 17 years and split them into two groups. The first group was subjected to traditional nutrition education in the form of seminars and discussions, and the other group used the NutriFit-AI application as an experimental study. The artificial intelligencebased application performed a fully personalized intervention by conducting an analysis of the profile of every athlete, including his or her sport and training load, biometrics, and dietary preferences. It then created meal plans on a daily basis depending on the needs of individual athletes. The app used computer vision to track what one is eating and a prediction algorithm to give the user real time feedback and predict his future progress regarding the diet based on whether he was following the diet. One of the most useful tools was the “Performance Predictor” that made the users aware of how they would perform in an exercise measure. Other characteristics included Hydration and Micronutrient tracking notifications that were customized. The group of AI application demonstrated a considerable increase after six weeks of intervention. The results demonstrate that a mobile app based on AI personalization and predictive analytics will help young people to lose weight and adopt healthier eating habits. The technology changes sports nutrition from a one-size-fits-all approach to one based on data, which helps athletes understand and improve their performance. This makes sports nutrition more specific, participatory and predictive. The research is useful in promoting the adoption of these smart mobile devices in programs that will be used to improve sports performance among the youth.
