Annotatsiya

The traffic intensity of a high-density city requires latency that is ultra-low, interference-tolerant and extremely high throughput communication systems. Congestion and spectrum constraints are witnessed in traditional RF-based vehicular networks particularly when there is heavy traffic in the metropolitan roads. In this paper, a LiFi-based VANET integrated architecture has been introduced that builds on the use of optical wireless technology to support vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) and vehicleto-vehicle (V2V) communications with high speed. The suggested framework utilizes photodiode receivers, LED transmitters, hybrid RF-LiFi handover and mobility-conscious cluster to provide a smooth communication process in heavy traffic conditions. The analytical modeling, simulation, and performance evaluation indicates that throughput, latency and reliability are highly enhanced compared to RF-only VANETs.
