Real-Time Voice Cloning for Emergency Communication Accessibility
Annotatsiya
The Emergency Adaptive Real-Time Voice Cloning (EART-VC) system offers an innovative solution to enhance communication accessibility during emergencies when natural speech is impaired or lost. Unlike conventional offline cloning systems that require extensive datasets, EART-VC leverages advanced generative adversarial networks (HiFi-GAN) to synthesize expressive, high-fidelity speech from just a few seconds of input, even whispered or low-volume voices. The system integrates biometric signals such as heart rate and stress levels to dynamically modulate tone, pitch, and urgency, ensuring that the generated voice conveys emotional realism and situational urgency. Operating entirely on a lightweight, on-device architecture, EART-VC achieves ultra-low latency while maintaining privacy through AES-256 encryption of all local biometric and voice data. Its multilingual capability further enhances cross-language communication during global crises. Initial evaluations demonstrate that EART-VC produces natural, context-aware speech outputs with high accuracy and consistency, outperforming existing real-time systems. By combining emotional intelligence, adaptive synthesis, and privacy-preserving edge computing, the EART-VC framework enables a responsive, human-like communication channel that can significantly improve the effectiveness and timeliness of emergency response operations across various critical scenarios.
