Annotatsiya

The career choices among adolescents are becoming more complex as the occupational environments are evolving rapidly. The conventional vocational guidance programs tend to use non-dynamically psychometric models that fail to address uncertainty and subjectivity of adolescent interests. The study proposes an AI-driven vocational advice system that involves the use of fuzzy logic to simulate inexact interest trends and creates dynamic career profiles. It is a system that employs interests’ information in a variety, somewhat ambiguous rules, and intelligent analysis to provide a customized and clear suggestions. A pilot study of 600 teenagers showed that the system generated recommendations and expert counsellor decisions were more in line with each other, with a 78 percent expert agreement rate and a student satisfaction rating of 4.1/5. The given strategy will increase the interpretability and flexibility of vocational counselling and allow making informed and confident career decisions among teenagers. The paper will add value to educational data science and applied psychology by incorporating fuzzy logic in vocational decision-making. It makes career suggestions more personal, offers discussion of reasons that can be understood, and offers a paradigm that can be customized to cultural and contextual differences in adolescent groups.
